Terms & Conditions

  • ASI Registration is mandatory for all residents who wish to present paper / poster or take part in Quiz.
  • Nomination of residents for award category by HOD before 31st January.
  • Permission letter issued by HOD is required before presentation.
  • Registration is Non transforable.
  • Request for cancellation & to process refund to be emailed to conference secretariat at email at 2025MPASICON@gmail.com
  • Refunds will be provided post conference only [Kindly provide proper details for the refund details to be filled is SBI collect form / Google form ]
  • Abstract submission to be done on official email account.
  • Presentation time for award category presentation is 5 + 2min.
  • Presentation time for poster presentation 3 + 2min [Presentation + Discussion]
  • For award category paper / poster presentation only presentor name is required [Author name shouldn’t be mentioned]
  • Dimensions for physical poster must be 4 x 3 feet.
