ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstracts are invited for free paper, award paper, PG paper and poster.
» The paper/poster presenter will be required to be available at the time of paper/poster evaluation.
» The presenter / his colleagues will be responsible for fixing the posters on time.
» The schedule for paper/poster presentation will be announced before the conference.
» All Delegates presenting paper/ Posters must register for the Conference.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
» All authors to be listed and the presenting author marked/highlighted with affiliation of the presenting author.
» Structured abstract of not more than 300 words – aims / methods / results / conclusion:
» Abstracts are invited for free paper, award paper, PG paper and poster.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FREE/AWARD/PG PAPER PRESENTATION
» All Delegates who have submitted Abstracts must prepare a Power point Presentation prepared for 10 minutes (8 min. presentation and 2 min. discussion).
» The text should include (most likely as separate elements of the paper) your objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
» The text should make clear the significance of your research.
» Patient confidentiality must be protected. No names should appear in illustrations.
» For award paper guide/co-guide names should not be given up front.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
» Posters should measure 4 feet (height) x 3 feet (width) on a PowerPoint slide. Content:
» The poster should show the full title of your abstract.
» The text should make clear the significance of your research.
» The text should include (as separate elements of the poster) your objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Design:
» A clear, simple, uncluttered arrangement is the most attractive and the easiest to read.
» The typeface chosen should be a simple and clear on (e.g., Helvetica). Titles should be in all upper-case letters. The remainder of the text should be in a combination of upper- and lowercase letters.
» Illustrations should be simple and eye-catching, with unnecessary detail left out. If possible, convert tables to graphic displays. Photos should be enlarged enough to show relevant detail.
» Patient confidentiality must be protected. No names should appear in illustrations.
